Denise Buttigieg Fiteni is currently living in AI Ain and is working with AI Ain Academy that forms part of the ALDAR ACADEMIES where she is employed as Head of Faculty for Creativity and Enterprise. She has been in the UAE for the past four years and has contributed in journals, articles and on the ‘academia.edu’ with first-hand research related to Food, Nutrition and Health. She has also been a key speaker on the importance of Home Economics in the 11 th World Education Summit in Dubai. Denise has completed an MA in Design and Technology Education, MBA in Educational Management, MSc in Food, Nutrition and Health and is currently studying for an M.Ed in Home Economics while completing her Doctorate of Education. She has also received the DATA award 2005 Outstanding Teacher in D & amp; T. Led the Practitioner Coordinator 2009 -14 and also led the Practitioner group for 3 years with the SSAT design and technology team (separate group to license to cook lead practitioners). She also formed part of the Healthy Schools Coordinator in the London Borough of Hillingdon UK 2010 - 2012. Denise is currently an active member of The Nutrition Society UK as a registered Public Nutritionist and is also an active member of the International Federation for Home Economics in Germany.

Alexandra Sept studied Social Science in the Bachelor’s. She has completed her Master’s degree in Educational Sciences at the University of Bamberg in Germany. Now she is working at the Technical University of Munich at the Professorship of Gender in Science and Engineering. There she is pursuing her PhD in the research cluster enable that develops new strategies to promote healthier food choices in all stages of life. The research project is interdisciplinary with the focus on the interface of food science and nutrition technology with information and communication technology as well as social studies. Current presentations were at the GLOCER in Sarasota, Florida (May 2019) and at the European Sociological Association Conference in Manchester (August 2019).

Prof. Dr. Anil Batta is presently professor & Head with senior consultant in Govt. Medical College, Amritsar. He did his M.B.B.S. and M.D. in Medical Biochemistry from Govt. Medical College, Patiala in 1984 and 1991, respectively. His research interest is mainly in clinical application especially cancer and drug de-addiction. He has supervised more than 25 M.D., M.Sc. and Doctorate researches and published more than 130 international research papers. He is the chief editor of America’s Journal of Biochemistry. He is also working as advisor to the editorial board of International Journal of Biological and Medical Research. He has been deputed member Editorial Board of numerous International & National Medical Journals of Biochemistry. He has also been attached as technical advisor to various national and international conferences in Biochemistry. He has been attached as hi-tech endocrinal, genetics and automated labs of Baba Farid Univ. of Health Sciences, Faridkot. He has chaired various sessions in the Biochemistry meets. ABUL KALAM AZAD is performing as a Smallholding Cooperative Dairy Expert in Milk Vita, Bangladesh covering IGA activities through entrepreneurship dev. towards low income generating mass people nation widely. Presently he is servicing in Milk Vita  (www.milkvita.org.bd) – the largest pioneering cooperative dairy organization in Bangladesh dealing with basically poverty alleviation program for poor and ultra-poor people through country wide raw liquid milk production, collection, processing , smallholder dairy/livestock farm analysis, dairy value chain management ,marketing ,planning & development above all need based research program as  a Manager  of Dairy Products Production Division.

Previously he served in Inter Chain Project Consultant AB Sweden, NORAD, Central Bank of Bangladesh and other national and international donor organizations augmenting SME development / rural entrepreneurship development. He also participated a lot of national and international dairy food processing /livestock based global seminar, symposium, conference, workshops as a keynote speaker / panel speaker / seminar chair as well as national and international training programme globally. A good number of dairy based basic research work had been published in different national and international journals accordingly.

He completed his B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry (Honours) in 1987 and MS in Dairy Science Degree in 2001 from Bangladesh Agricultural University as well as also completed MBA in Marketing & International Degree in 2005 from International Islamic University Chittagong,Bangladesh accordingly. He participated a lot International Training Programme especially Fermented Dairy Products (Japan); Dairy Food Processing (USA,Turkey); FAO & CICTAB Fellow (India), etc.

Stalin Santacruz did his PhD and postdoctoral work in Sweden. Afterwards, Mr. Santacruz worked as researcher in the field of Food Science in Quito, Ecuador from 2006 to 2014. Actually, he works as researcher at Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí, in Manta, Ecuador, where he also is in charge of the Commission of Research of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences. Mr. Santacruz has worked as leader of various projects and published articles, all of them in the field of Food Science. His works have been related to the physical and chemical characterization of starch and pectin and the use of agricultural by-products.

Dr Dinesh KS has completed his postgraduate degree on Ayurveda Pediatrics from IPGT&RA, Jamnagar, India. He is the Professor and Head of Department of Kaumarabhritya, Vaidyaratnam P.S Varier Ayurveda College, which is one of the pioneering institutions in the academic topography of India situated at Malappuram district of Kerala, India. He is the founder of AyuCALM [Ayurvedic Centre for Autism and Learning Disability Management] and CIMCD [Centre for Integrated Management of Children with Differential abilities] and the masterhand behind the Integrated Music Therapy techniques for children with developmental disorders. He has addressed over 200 national and international seminars and workshops and has over 20 publications in indexed journals. He has been serving as editorial board member of reputed journals.

Prof Abughoush is currently at the department of clinical nutrition and Dietetics, Faculty of Applied Medical Science. He has been teaching courses in Food Science, Food Safety, Food Chemistry, Nutrition and Health. From 1992-2000, Professor Abughoush worked as dairy plant manager, and a manager for food quality control labs at the Ministry of Health/ Jordan. During his Ph. D study, Dr. Abughoush worked as campus sanitarian at Health Safety department/ Kansas State University USA. Mahmoud Abughoush has completed his PhD in Food Chemistry, food Safety and Processing in 2003 from Kansas State University/USA in the field of Food science and Nutrition.  He has published more than 35 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member of several Scientific Journals. Professor Abughoush has a long experience of training in many fields including Food production and processing, Product development, Food safety, HACCP and ISO 22000, Quality control and sensory analysis training programs. Professor Abughoush has also a long consultation experience in many fields of Food production problems detection, Food safety and quality controlling issues service, Food product developments. Dr. Abughoush has an excellent consultation experience in different food industrial sectors mainly with the faculty for each factory program (FFF, University of Jordan).  Professor Mahmoud H Abughoush earned his B.Sc. in Nutrition and Food Science from The University of Jordan, 1989 and his M. Sc. in Food Science from The University of Jordan, 1992.

               Prof. Manuel Hernandez-Triana is senior researcher and full professor in biochemistry at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Havana. From 1984-2014, he directed the Department of Biochemistry and Physiology of the Cuban Institute of Nutrition. His research work has been focused to dietary protein quality, energy recommendations and isotopic methods for the measurement of body composition, energy expenditure and Helicobacter pylori infection. He was author of the 1996 and 2008 Cuban Dietary Recommended Guidelines, national coordinator of regional research projects in Latin America, expert since 1999 of the International Agency of Atom Energy, international advisor of the Argentinean National Agency for Science and Technology, President of the Cuban Nutrition Society, member of the Spanish Nutrition Society and President of the Latin American Nutrition Society from 2009-2012. In 1982, he received the Humboldt Award of the Humboldt University, Germany for his research on dietary protein quality for maintenance and in 1995 the Pan American Health Organization´s Fred L. Soper Award for Excellence in Health Literature for his work on nutritional factors in the neuropathy epidemic on the Isle of Youth, Cuba. Member of the Organizing Committees of the ICN and Latin American Nutrition Congresses. Nutrition Professor at the International Institute for Healthcare Professionals, Boca Raton, Florida since 2015.
